Assessment of Goals and Risks
The first few weeks of work consist of building a business plan, drafting a financial model and establishing 5 year objectives. Our teams will deliver a realistic and low-risk approach, which will serve as the compass for the journey ahead.
We do not over-promise. We deliver exactly what we forecast. We stay realistic in our approach and plan goals we believe are achievable.

Execution
During this phase, we will flex our muscles and provide the full force of execution Red Canyon can offer. Our teams work around the clock in order to deliver your goals to ensure to maximize every opportunity. We will build your database, establish marketing and web deliverables, secure partnerships with contractors and logisticians, identify sales targets, and sign contracts. In addition to 40 full time ressources across the US, our back office provides necessary support for sales administrative and accounting matters.
